Artist, Honored Artist of Ukraine, member of the National Union of Artists.
Grow in the family of artists Dzhus not only honorable, but also responsibly. To compare with the talent of his parents, Taras Dzhusa manages not only natural talent, but also diligence, also laid in the son of his parents.
Taras was born in Yalta and followed the example of his parents, joining the Crimean Art College. N.S. The samokish. True, a young artist finally formed within the walls of the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture, unlike his parents, who were brought up on the basis of the Kharkov school of monumental painting. From 2001 to 2004, Taras was a graduate student in the easel painting department, under the direction of Professor Vasily Gurin.
Unlike the parents of Lyudmila and Stepan Djus, working in tapestry and mosaic techniques, Taras prefers painting. His work is meaningful and diverse. At the age of 30 he became one of the notable creators of the modern Ukrainian thematic picture. The artist gravitates to historical and epic painting. Such are his famous works "In the Steppe", "Over Sivash", "Milky Way", etc. The idea of the eternal ancient steppe, with its vastness and mystery in particular, is embodied in the painting "In the Steppe." The artist manages to reproduce the state of the soul with a gentle, trembling, delicate. Taras is in love with the native nature of the Crimea, and therefore with special sincerity he paints the canvases of his native Tauris ("Clouds over the city", "Moonlight", "In Gurzuf", "Flowers of the native land").
The artist's artistic search for the young artist is diverse and full of search and creation of his own style, plastic completeness and decorative sonority of both monumental and easel works. Cloths as a whole are characterized by saturation of color with a thin silvery light and a holistic perception of the world.
One of the important directions in the artist's work is the creation of psychological portraits of famous contemporaries - the people's artist Vasily Gurin, Croatian Ambassador Mario Colin, Alexander Malitsky, etc. For portraits of Taras Dzhusa characterized by a subtle sense of color, an understanding of the psychology of the inner world portrayed.
